Information:  This website describes a system of self defence that has been around now for about 12 years.  Predominately Ju Jitsu, it includes techniques from various martial arts that provide its user a total package of self defence, which can be used in almost any type of threatening situation; from a simple wrist grab to having a gun pointed at your head.

Taeshindo's newest Black Belt

Book:  A new type of self defence book in a new format.  Gone are the paperbacks; this book comes on a CD or e-mailed straight to you, where the pages are in pdf format and it includes a number of the techniques in video footage in real and slow time.  So you can read what to do by following the step-by-step pictures, then click on the link and watch the technique being performed in video.  So you get the best of both worlds; a book and a DVD!  Plus, seeing that you view it on the computer, you can zoom in or out on the pages, assisting the visually impared, or to simply get a close-up view of the technique.

Services:  The Tae Shin Do Self Defence School offers a wide range of services; from Ju Jitsu classes, womens' and childrens'  self defence classes and one-on-one private lessons.
